The Mustard Seed welcomed us into their busy kitchen to help with meal prep and put together bagged lunches for the upcoming days. On extremely cold weather days, they offer hot lunches and often struggle to keep up with demand.

The Foothills Shelter keeps up to 370 adults warm overnight, providing a hot breakfast and dinner, and a bagged lunch for all shelter guests, along with access to clothing, personal hygiene products, haircuts and showers.
