Your Mission:
As an Inside Sales Representative you are responsible for answering incoming calls and providing sales assistance to WOW Lighting and Controls clients, helping them identify the products solutions that best meet their needs. You will establish customer goals and objectives through consultation and assist with quotation requests. You will also have a thorough understanding of the company product lines and will collaborate with


What you will bring with you:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years Sales and Customers Service experience
  • Proficiency in office software; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excell, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Comfortable answering phone calls and speaking to the public
  • Pipedrive and Oasis or similar software experience considered an asset
  • Industry Experience in lighting and/or electrical considered and asset

Work Location:
This role has a requirement of working from the Calgary office located at 4467 – 104 Avenue SE Calgary, AB T2C 5C6

Some travel within Southern Alberta is possible. With potential travel to Edmonton, manufacturing facilities within Canada and the United States for training purposes.
