Your Mission:
As the Office Administrator you are responsible for maintaining the overall flow of workplace operations. The role is a crucial point of contact for all clients, vendors, and employees, keeping track of essential contact information and schedules. The Office Administrator coordinates internal business communication, performs general clerical work such as: document creation and filling, office procurement, systems management, data entry and project coordination and support. Overseeing employee committee planning, along with community engagement is also included in the scope of this role.


What you will bring with you:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Post secondary education in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in office software; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to details and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable answering phone calls and speaking to the public
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality

Work Location:
This role has a requirement of working from the Calgary office located at 4467 – 104 Avenue SE Calgary, AB T2C 5C6

Potential travel to Edmonton, Alberta for training purposes.
