Two cities, more than 500 guests, and 70 years of lighting, partnership, and progress.

Last week, we celebrated our 70th anniversary with special events in Edmonton and Calgary, welcoming more than 500 guests from across the lighting industry to mark this milestone.

Both evenings brought together our clients, manufacturer partners, industry colleagues, and friends to celebrate seven decades of shared history, lasting relationships, and continued progress.

Celebrating the People Behind 70 Years

Since our founding in 1956, Wow Lighting and Controls has been shaped by the people who make our work possible. From our industry partners to the team members who contribute their knowledge and expertise every day, these relationships have been an important part of our journey.

Our anniversary celebrations were an opportunity to bring people together, reflect on how far we’ve come, and look ahead to what’s next.

We’re proud of the history we’ve built together and look forward to continuing to serve Alberta’s lighting industry for years to come. Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating this milestone and to all those who have been part of the Wow story over the past 70 years.

Here’s to the next chapter 🥂
